Exploited Children Seminar for CEOs
This two day seminar, hosted by the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children®, familiarizes participants with issues related to exploited child cases including effective policies and practices, technical assistance, training and available resources. Participants are expected to attend all training segments and complete an evaluation form.
This course is designed specifically for chiefs and sheriffs. Only applicants in these positions will be considered.
13 hours of Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) certification is available for all attending Virginia law enforcement officers.

On-site/Alexandria, VA: The cost of admittance, training materials, airfare and single occupancy lodging are covered while attending classes at NCMEC headquarters in Alexandria, VA.
Off-site: The cost of admittance and training materials are covered by NCMEC. Unless otherwise noted, limited lodging and travel assistance is available on a first come first serve basis. If you need to request travel assistance, please indicate this on your application.
